  You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return request. If a public holiday occurs within this window, we will gladly extend the timeframe accordingly.

  Eligibility for Return

  • It should be free from any damage or signs of use.
  • The original receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

    Refunds

    We do not issue cash refunds. Once your return is approved:

    • You will receive store credit equal to the value of your returned item, OR
    • We will provide a replacement item, depending on stock availability and your preference.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our store or designated drop-off point.

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
