1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Kenya, including:

Nairobi & Metropolitan Area
Major towns and cities (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, etc.)
Remote and rural areas (delivered via trusted courier partners)

2. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

Nairobi (within CBD)	Within same day on working days
Nairobi Outskirts	1 – 2 working days
Other Major Towns	2 – 3 working days
Remote Areas	3 – 5 working days

Please note: Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on item availability, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery rates:

Nairobi CBD – Is free
Nairobi Outskirts – From Ksh. 200
Other Towns – From Ksh. 300
Bulky items – May attract additional fees

Final delivery fees will be calculated at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only)

Need your order fast? We offer same-day delivery in select Nairobi areas for orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Sat), subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm eligibility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

7. Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, we’ll attempt to contact you to reschedule. If not reachable after two attempts, your order may be returned to our store and an additional delivery charge may apply.
